Electoral Commission of Zambia Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the success of the mass registration of voters will depend on the professionalism of the ECZ staff that will be conducting the exercise.
Ms. Zaloumis says the exercise will require the commission to prepare comprehensively and consistently across all the ten provinces of Zambia.
She said this in a speech read on behalf by ECZ Corporate Affairs Manager Patricia Luhanga at the Eastern Province briefing on the preparations for the forth coming voter registration exercise in Chipata.
And Eastern Province Registration Officer Alex Bwalya urged the participants to dedicate themselves to the training.
Mr. Bwalya said a good voter registration exercise will lead to the successful hosting of elections.
