It's not remotely cross country weather, but Hilly Fields in Colchester is the location for the latest race in the NESS Cross Country League.
A disappointing lack of rain/snow/ice/mud/wind but a gloriously sunny and unpleasantly warm day for running up and down hills.
Brilliant running all round, if you're unsire about running cross country, get out there and try it. It is brilliant!
