Workout Breakdown & Benefits:
1. Jumping Jacks + Arm Raises – A great warm-up exercise that boosts cardiovascular endurance while engaging the shoulders, arms, and legs. It also improves coordination and increases heart rate to get your body ready for the workout.
2. Free Squats – Targets the quads, hamstrings, and glutes, improving lower body strength and mobility. Squats also help with core stability and enhance functional movement patterns.
3. Arm Rotations – A simple but effective movement to warm up the shoulders, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility, reducing the risk of injuries.
4. Bicep Curls – Strengthens the biceps, helping to build arm strength and definition. Using a 5L bottle adds resistance, making this a great at-home alternative to dumbbells.
