The Best Routes for Every Time Budget:
5 minutes: Route 2 or Route 5
5-10 minutes: Route 2 + Route 5
10-20 minutes: Route 2 + Route 5 + Route 4
20-30 minutes: Route2 + Route 3 + Route 4 + Route 5
30-40 minutes: Route 1-5
Assuming F2P characters(main DPS S0R1 or below) and using exploration skills or echoes actively.

Echoes Priority for time savers: knights --) Bears -- ) Chop Chops -- ) Abyssal Gladius

Why you should stop tracking: It makes you go in circles because you can only track ONE TYPE AT A TIME! So for example if 2 types of echoes are somewhat clustered together yet you are still going for them separately then that's a waste of time!!!
TRACKING ALSO MISSES LOTS OF ECHOES! The bears are guaranteed to be brant's set so having 9-10 of them extra to farm per day is a HUGE HELP!!!
