Now that we have created a custom DME arc using Little Navmap. Let's watch how to fly a DIY DME with this tutorial. Flying the Baron 58 with X-Plane Garmin 530 and basic Navigation VOR your improved instrument scan now finely tuned using basic instruments (six Pack) will bring you great result with VOR OBS usage, HSI, RMI, DME unit and GPS. Calculate distance and lead-in radial with easy math calculations shown in my next videos. You will master any DME arc. Don't get caught unprepared if you receive and unpublish DME Arc.

*Note the course leading out of KABE to Gene (first fix on the DME arc) is a GPS course and not a magnetic radial from ETX VOR as briefed and stated in the Video.
