Bus riders will see higher fares starting the 5th next month, as the executive council greenlights another fare increase for three local bus companies, despite just tweaking fares last year.
Passengers on the Citybus have to dig the deepest into their pockets, with a 7.5 per cent fare surge. Those taking the KMB will experience a 4.3 per cent rise, while Lantao Bus fares will increase by 6.5 per cent.
