Justin Broadbent is a Toronto–based music video director and multidisciplinary artist. He has worked with Metric, Shad, Emily Haines, Dragonette, Birthday Boy, and Serena Ryder. He likes thrift stores, porcelain cats, and human perseverance.

Claire Edmondson was born in Liverpool, raised in Prince Rupert, BC, and is based in Los Angeles. She has directed many music videos and commercials. EXIT (18) is her first short film.

A.V. Rockwell was born in Queens, New York. She studied filmmaking at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Her short films include The Dreamer (12), Open City: Kids (13), and The Gospel (16). Feathers (18) is her latest short film.

Sally Campbell
Sally co-founded production company Somesuch in 2010; now both known and awarded as one of the best and highest regarded in the industry, achieved through fearless leadership and an unbridled passion for craft. From inception, Sally has driven the business putting creativity first, whether producing iconic music videos, original content or multi award winning commercials, whilst also nurturing and guiding her directing talent into long-form. As a result, Somesuch is now expanding its feature and TV development slate.

Sal Patel
Sal Patel is TIFF’s Managing Content Producer, responsible for shaping digital and social media strategies and overseeing TIFF’s brand extension into the digital space. He sits on the boards for the Arts & Business Exchange, Artscene Toronto, the Toronto French School, and is a former member of the fundraising committee of the board for the Regent Park Film Festival, and the advisory board of The Hand Eye Society. Sal is an alumnus of Queen’s University, where he studied commerce with a minor in film studies. Prior to joining TIFF in 2013, he worked in the financial services sector for five years, and ran a freelance digital consulting group for non-profits and artists.
