Brazilian Coconut Truffles (Beijinhos de Coco) are fudgy coconut balls made with only 3 ingredients in less than 15 minutes.
Condensed milk cooked with butter and coconut flakes, formed into little candy balls makes this a favorite Brazilian recipe especially at birthday parties. Everbody love it!
👉🏼 INGREDIENTS (FOR 25 TRUFFLES):
1 can of sweet condensed milk (395g)
1 tablespoon of butter
60 g shredded coconut
50 g shredded coconut for decorating
some praline cases
Cooking time: around 15 minutes
Cooling time: at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
Shelf life of the Coconut Truffles: approx. 2 days
