Jason Gerbozy, President of J. Martin Builders, on a custom home build in Flathead Valley, Montana, highlights Topcon's LN-150 to design, site-plan and see the build through its last day of construction.

"When the customer took me out this wooded sight, I was able to lay out his house in a couple of hours instead of a couple of days," Gerbozy said.

His trusted partner, RDO Equipment Co.'s Account Manager Stephen Roach, helped him close the gap when introducing Topcon's MC-Mobile and Black Diamond Landworks Owner/Operator Mack Lipka.

"With the MC-Mobile system, Gerbozy can mark trees with the tablet and then hand it off to Lipka to go to work," Roach said. Lipka, who installed the septic system for this home with his John Deere 85G Excavator and Engcon tiltrotor, used MC-Mobile's tablet in the cab to follow Gerbozy’s grade plan so the right alignment will be achieved.

"I like to do something once and know that it is done right without having to come back and do it," Lipka said.
