3 Days in Zurich: Engimatt Hotel: Singapore stopover on the way home!

Описание: After six weeks in Europe our final port of call was Zurich.
For some reason it was $600 cheaper to fly out of Zurich instead of Milan, so we decided to add 3 days in Zurich to the itinerary. This proved to be a false economy as Zurich is probably the most expensive place we have visited.

Nonetheless, Zurich is a lovely city with plenty to do. We had thought of doing a day trip to Lucerne but the return train ticket was ridiculously expensive, so we spent all three days in Zurich. (And I had been to Lucerne before).

Finally, we flew out of Zurich for Singapore. We used to always fly straight back to Melbourne after our European trips, but this year we thought we would stop somewhere warm to get over the jetlag.
We stayed at the lovely Shangri-La hotel just near Orchard Rd. Three days of luxury and steamy Singapore weather.

So this is the last video covering our great 2022 European trip. We started in Barcelona, did a 12 day Oceania cruise to Trieste, drove from Trieste through the Dolomites to Milan, and finally caught the train to Zurich which is where you find us in this video.
