A centre of attraction for international as well as local tourists, the Buddha Temple, also called Mindrolling Monastery, is one of the most visited sights in Dehradun. Built in Japanese style of architecture, the temple has five floors and enshrines statues of Buddha and Guru Padmasambhava.
While here, don't miss the ornate gold colour wall paintings in the first three floors and a 360-degree view of the Dehradun Valley from the open platform on the fourth floor.
