Описание: This video covers the replacement of the upper drivers side door hinge pin. Over time the bushings and pins can wear, causing sag in the door. This procedure will correct that. This is assuming that regular maintenance has taken place, and the hinge and pin were regularly greased. In the case of this truck, it had been badly neglected, and even after replacing the pin and bushings, the door still had a small amount of sag. This was due to the hardned pin wearing the upper and lower hinge plates long after the brass bushings had completely worn through. Preventative maintenance would have saved the hinge! Although this video is on a 1991 Nissan Truck, I believe this method would work for all Hardbody trucks from the late 1980's up through the late 1990's, and may work on some Nissan passenger cars as well.
