I was excited to film this holiday home as we absolutely LOVE a renovation project and not only was it stunning inside, the location made it perfect too. Located on the edge of Muir of Ord in the Scottish Highlands it enjoys a private garden and a peaceful setting. Originally a Victorian School House it has been done up to provide stylish, modern and characterful self-catering accommodation. With many weeks booked already it is fast becoming one of our most popular so don't miss your chance to stay here.

As Jemima takes you around notice the beautiful mix of modern touches with traditional furniture and the quirky touches like the metal lamp shades, animal ornaments and interesting antiques, all of which add to its charm. This is the perfect option for two couples, a small family or a couple looking for a romantic break in Scotland

All local amenities are within walking distance and this is a fantastic base from which to explore the Highlands. Inverness, the Black Isle, Acnasheen and Loch Ness are all just a short drive away and if you so desire a trip further north to the likes of Dornoch and Brora is not out of the question!
