Ingredients:-
2 tsp Green Cardamom
2 inch Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise
2 blade Mace
1 tbsp Stone Flower
2 tsp Fennel Seeds
2 tsp Shah Jeera
4-5 Cloves
7-8 Black Peppercorns
¼ cup Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
15-20 Curry Leaves (hand torn)
3-4 Bay Leaves
3 Green Chillies (slit)
½ tsp Asafoetida
½ cup Ivy Gourd (slit)
½ cup Green Peas
½ cup Carrot (chopped)
¼ cup Cashew Nuts
1½ tbsp Ginger (grated)
2 tsp Prepared Masala
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2 tsp Jaggery
2 cups Rice (washed)
2 tbsp Ghee
Chopped Coriander Leaves (as required)
4 cups Hot Water
Grated Fresh Coconut (for garnishing)
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
