In this video I start the barn find Honda XL125s strip down to uncover what the rough exterior and patchwork repairs are really hiding underneath.
To keep costs sensible, I decide to go down the budget route using Chinese replacement parts. They’re around a tenth of the price of OEM parts, but quality control and the lack of easy returns always raises questions. I’ve used Chinese parts successfully on other bikes, but will they work out this time on a barn find Honda XL125s?
