Описание: Have you ever tried to make custard? It's not easy! If you don't know what you are doing you can curdle, split, or burn your custard! And even if you know how to do it... wouldn't it be nice to have a second set of hand that NEVER fails?? Ask a pastry chef: how many times have they had a helper add the eggs too quickly, failed to mix starches properly, and... let's not forget that the custard needs to be stirred constantly!!

Instead... we can ask our Thermomix to make one for us! I showed this to a pastry chef and she could not believe it! Add the ingredients and leave! Eight minutes later: it's done! and always to perfection!!
