Snowshoeing Above Snow Lake - Washington State

Описание: The ridge tops above Snow Lake near Snoqualmie Pass are a great place to experience a winter wonderland that seems far removed from nearby lowlands. Here snow depths of 3-4 meters are common in winter and the weather can change in an instant. The routes to Snow Lake and the surrounding ridges cross several avalanche chutes so having the proper gear and training, and knowing the avalanche forecast is essential.
