What I Had:
Breakfast Light French Toast: Full recipe can be found on Noom programme (251 calories)
Lunch Seafood Okra and semolina (sometimes enjoy okra on it's own) (626 calories)
Dinner: Beef Stew with Brown rice & mixed vegetables (570 calories)
Total calories: 1547 (my usual calorie intake is between 1500-2000 calories per day depending on if i'm working out or not to help me maintain my weight whilst enjoying the things I love in a healthy balanced way).
Current workout routine:
Cardio x 2 times a week
Pilates x 2 a week
Rest one day a week & on the weekend ;)
