To clean a car air filter, first remove it from the vehicle.
Check if it’s a reusable filter or requires replacement—usually, reusable filters can be cleaned.
If it’s reusable, rinse it with cleaning kit provided detergent and soak it for while and rinse with low pressure water to remove dirt.
After cleaning it wait for some time to dry the performance air filter to apply oil gently. Then after 20 minutes install the same in to car.
Finally, make a note of how often you clean or replace the filter—usually every 1 to 3 months or 5k kilometres depending on usage and environment.
