A múltján semmit nem változtatna, életének mérföldkövei – akármilyen megterhelőek voltak – őt építették és ezek által élheti most azt az életet, amiről kislányként csak álmodott.

The protagonist of this TEDx talk is a little girl growing up in a small apartment in Budapest, who dared to dream big. Orsi Ifi-Valde's life was by no means easy, but looking back, she wouldn't change a thing. During her childhood, music represented freedom for her. Later, as a young adult, even a car explosion, escaping an abusive relationship, a temporary home on a foreign continent, and the loss of her second husband were not enough to make her lose her faith in the world and to see the good in people. She always felt that things would turn out well. Today, she has been happily married for 16 years, is the mother of four children, and the director of a highly successful music festival. She would not change anything about her past; the milestones in her life, however difficult they may have been, shaped her and enabled her to live the life she only dreamed of as a little girl. Born in Budapest, she earned a law degree and traveled the world as a flight attendant during the "golden age" of Malév Hungarian Airlines. As an international lawyer, she worked on anti-corruption and human rights issues with the OECD and the UN. In 2012, she launched the Paloznak Jazz Picnic, which has since become an iconic music festival at Lake Balaton, Hungary. Today, in addition to festival management, she deals with compliance and integrity management systems.
