We are going to make banana toffee which is a popular dessert and it’s on the menu of most of the 5 star Chinese restaurants. It’s very crunchy and you need simple ingredients to make this yummy dessert but it’s very delicate. You have to be quite careful while making caramel as if it’s cooked more taste gets bitter and if u leave it for too long it gets hardened quickly.
