FlexiBowl® is a flexible feeding device that can be easily integrated with every robot and vision system.
Entire families of parts within 1-250 mm and 1-250 g can be handled by a single FlexiBowl® replacing a whole set of dedicated vibratory bowl feeders.

Thanks to its compact and modular concept, Flexibowl® system is used as standard loading workcell and it can be integrated in different production preocesses.
Flexibowl® goal is to overcome inefficiency problems, typical of traditional parts feeding systems: is highly flexible and designed to feed a wide variety of parts, regardless of:

Geometry (cylindrical, complex 3d shape)
Surface (smooth, sticky, tangled, etc.)
Material (delicate, fragile, rubber and silicone)
Weight and dimensions (metal moulded and sheared parts)

Flexibowl® is used to feed discrete parts to assembly stations or work cells or assembly cells on the production line from bulk supplies.
