Care UK's Dementia Care Coaches recieve specialsied dementia training and deliver that training to other members of the team. From housekeeping to management, everyone learns how to help someone with dementia, creating a caring and supportive dementia friendly environment within our care homes.

The Dementia Care Coaches also support the family through what can be an emotional time. They help them to understand what is happening to their loved one living with dementia and help them step into their reality.
