In this travel vlog, I test the Qatar Airways Stopover Program to see if a short stop in Doha is actually worth it. Instead of just passing through Hamad International Airport, I decided to turn my layover into a mini adventure and explore Doha, Qatar.

The journey begins with my flight on Qatar Airways, one of the world’s best airlines, before arriving in Doha and checking into Central Inn Souq Waqif, a great budget-friendly hotel located in the heart of the city.

From there, I head out on a walking tour of Doha to explore some of the city’s most famous attractions and cultural landmarks, including:

• The stunning National Museum of Qatar
• The lively traditional market at Souq Waqif
• A visit to the unique Falcon Hospital
• A walk along the beautiful Doha Corniche skyline
• The luxury marina district The Pearl
• The artistic and cultural hub Katara Cultural Village

To end the day, I leave the city behind and go on an unforgettable sunset desert safari in Qatar, driving through the sand dunes and experiencing the incredible desert landscape just outside Doha.

Finally, I answer the big question many travelers have:

Is Doha a destination worth visiting, or just a transit hub?
