HUMBLED by Mt Ophir (Gunung Ledang, Johor, Malaysia) | Hiking 2025 ⛰️

Описание: This is my experience as an overconfident hiker fighting the unforgiving terrain of Mount Ophir (Gunung Ledang).
Even though it is significantly shorter than Mt Kinabalu, the steep terrain of "KFC" (Killing Fitness Centre), crazy ropes and ladders pushed me to my absolute limit!
In this video, join me as a "small" 1,200m mountain humbled us completely. After the high of conquering Mount Kinabalu, we signed up for this hike with zero research. "How hard can it be?", right? Instead, we faced the relentless obstacle course of vertical ladders, ropes, and granite boulders.
This is a short vlog shot over the hike on the 15th Nov 2025. If you're planning your own hike- this will help you not make the same mistakes we did (please train for the ropes!). Good luck!

⌛MY SCHEDULE (The Reality)
Reporting Time: The night before, 11.30pm
Start: Early morning briefing at the base after breakfast
Ascent: ~5-6 hours of steep jungle and some rock climbing
Summit: Lunch at the top
Descent: ~4-5 hours back to base
Return: After dinner, around 12.30am arrival in Singapore
