Sorry for the french, but auto subs are pretty good !!
I still have some elbow tendinopatht, last session the tries in Rencard 7C were really too much too soon. I decided I can only move one grade up the ladder at a time by session now, starting at 7A, and only if I climbed completely pain free, which was not the case in this session. No major problem but still did not feel ready for more.
Festin de Pierre felt easy but Le Bivouac felt hard but I absolutely insisted on using a very poor left heel instead of the good one, and I did not want to close the right arm to hold the swing becase that is were my tendinopathy is, that made the move pretty hard !
Tall factor :
Felt a bit bunched in Festin but nothing too bad. Felt like the swing was very hard with long arms in Le Bivouac, and the Dab Potential is real !!
