The first set: auto plastic pipe fitting mold.
The product material is PA6+GF. The mold standard is HASCO, cold runner. The characteristic of this pipe joint is that one of the nozzles is irregularly shaped. We design a three-segment slider to deal with the core-pulling problem here. The delay design allows the slider to be drawn out in an orderly manner.

The second set: auto plastic pipe fitting mold.
The product material is PA6+GF. The mold standard is HASCO, hot runner.

The third set: 90 degree elbow with rubber ring groove

When the mold is opened, the core pulling action of the collapsible core is completed first, and then the chain core is pulled out as a whole. When the mold is closed, this action is reversed.
