After the battle in the 1st chapter Amy and Eggman disappeared without a trace. The only clues are Sonic's nightmare about the event. Sonic and Tails are left scrambling the pieces on where Amy's whereabouts are and Sonic goes on a sleep-deprived obsession. Part 4+5 is coming out eventually lol.
