Psalm 150:6: Let everything that breathes sing praises to the Lord!
I recently did a 21 day fast from all music except for worship music. I am still working on creating a video reflecting on my fast for you all, but one thing that stood out to me across those 21 days is how much my soul longs to praise the Creator who made it and how healing for my soul spending intimate time with Jesus every day was. This song reminds me that even though I may not always feel like praising God or desire to praise God due to my flesh and sinful nature, He still is worthy of all my praise because it is through Him that I am able to see another day here on this Earth and enjoy this beautiful life with so many loved ones. Through praising Him, I find my soul is renewed and fulfilled in so many more ways than I can imagine and I can find true rest and peace. Praying for rest and peace for you as well today. :)
