Royal Enfield Himalayan | Snake Pass - Right Bike, Wrong Day!

Описание: This is Part 2 of my final ride on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, filmed on the iconic Snake Pass in the Peak District.

This section runs from Ladybower Reservoir to Glossop, along one of the most famous routes in the UK. Snake Pass connects Manchester and Sheffield and is known for its tight bends, exposed sections, unpredictable weather, and dramatic scenery.

It should have been an exhilarating ride.

It wasn’t.

In this video I reflect on riding when you’re not feeling 100%, the importance of being in the right headspace on demanding roads like Snake Pass, and more importantly how the Himalayan 450 changed my relationship with motorcycling far beyond performance or specification sheets.

This is a calm POV motorcycle ride, and unusually for me recorded with voiceover to the engine sound recording. At this point the Himalayan had around 1700 miles, and you can hear its tighter and less revvy than it was some months on.

Anyway, a short ride, heavily edited - sometimes the lessons matter more than the highlights.
