Solution to an IB AA Math HL question on Implicit Differentiation and finding the equations of two tangents to the curve, at the same value of x.
We start by finding an expression for dy/dx, for which we use the product rule as well as the chain rule.
We then find the equation of the two tangents to the curve at x = 1.
The method is explained with care and detail.
