Day 21 of my –100 lbs in 1 year journey.
Today was a focused, real-life day. I had my calories planned (around 2200), got some time alone in the house, and recorded in the kitchen while making a simple meal I actually eat.
I cooked salmon marinated in a mustard and vinegar–based BBQ sauce with some Cajun seasoning, measured the oil I used, and put together a quick fresh salad with red wine vinegar and iodized salt. Nothing fancy — just real food, counted honestly.
After eating, I got my workout in. I’m adjusting training a bit right now and focusing on pushup progression while my legs recover. I’m still dealing with some general aches and fatigue, but nothing that feels like a red flag — just listening to my body and keeping things moving.
No edits, no hype. Just another day of showing up.
