The Leech is the legendary Maliwan grenade. It is most commonly available from the bosses of the main game and the fourth DLC, The Warrior and Handsome Sorcerer respectively.
It works differently than a standard transfusion grenade, doing its healing directly and without transfusion trails.
It is not good at doing damage.
it's tough to say it sucks, but I'd say it's on the fence. Not being available in slag really hurts this particular weapon system.
