Armored Core 6 | AC MILK TOOTH gameplay | 08/B "Honest" Brute
アーモッド・コー・シクス・ミルク・トゥース・ゲーンプレー・オネスト・ブルート
What's more vile: the character, or the name of his AC? This gameplay showcase will give you an idea of how the preset AC MILK TOOTH plays in Armored Core VI PvE, through a mixture of missions and Arena battles.
TIMESTAMPS:
00:00 - Infiltrate Grid 086
13:27 - Arena: 18/D Rokumonsen - SHINOBI
14:51 - Defend the Old Spaceport
18:01 - Arena: 10/B Coldcall - DEADSLED
19:36 - Eliminate "Cinder" Carla
MILK TOOTH is the Armored Core of "Honest" Brute, leader of the Junker Coyotes, a Doser faction on Rubicon. The smooth-talking and suave Brute is in fact a compulsive liar whose surface belies an unstable and violent personality. A bad history with "Cinder" Carla of RaD have made the two mortal enemies, with Brute having stolen many of her inventions, the MILK TOOTH being among them. One wonders if Carla will ever get sick enough of her rival to shut him up for good...
The preset AC MILK TOOTH shown in the video is unlocked by defeating 08/B "Honest" Brute in the Arena -
The MILK TOOTH is a decent heavyweight biped with a couple of noticeable flaws. While it has the worst in class FCS, this doesn't hurt the MILK TOOTH too badly due to its unique selection of weapons - it's not as if you need laser-targeting for a flamethrower. The real issue are the Wrecker arms, which neuter the strength of the DOUBLE TROUBLE chainsaw (Rummy made the same dumb decision, so it must be a Doser thing). Even still, it serves as a solid finisher on a staggered opponent (provided you can land it) and even if it doesn't succeed in securing victory, an Assault Armor follow up will likely finish the job.
The MORELY bazooka and double split-missile launchers provide solid ways to build up stagger, while the BAD COOK flamethrower continues its run as possibly the most underrated weapon in the game (certainly in PvE). The MING TANG generator is only here because it's the only generator that can fit, while the MULE boosters are an... interesting choice; while the 12345s would have been better overall, the MULEs give the MILK TOOTH some solid aerial heft, allowing you to rain down fire from above.
The terrible manoeuvrability of the MILK TOOTH is offset somewhat by the Wrecker frame's strongest attributes: it's high AP and high flat defences. This AC can tank a heck of a lot, which it's going to need to do in order to get up close and personal with its assortment of face-to-face weapons. All in all, a solid AC with a simple playstyle, but it struggles heavily against mobile foes that can stay out of its reach. I recommend it, but watch your EN and pick your enemies carefully.
| This is by no means a "guide" to show you how to play the AC; I'm sure there are far better players than me who can do more with these mechs. I just want to show off some cool mechs in the style of @bansheent-d Armored Core For Answer videos.
| Recorded on PS5. Played on Patch 1.04. (NOTE: In order to see a preset AC in the Assembly or Paint tabs of the garage: make sure to first enter the Paint tab, saying "Yes" to removing the edit lock. Then back out of the Paint tab, making sure to "Discard" changes and not save. Now, re-enter the Paint tab and you can see the exact colours of the preset AC! (however, decals will not transfer over.))
