About AMPs:
AMP is used by the operator. You need 3 components to create AMP (Prism, Scaffold, Brace). AMP is needed for Eidolon hunting, collecting Kuva and other significant missions. AMPs have 2 firing modes (LMB for Prism and Mouse3 for Scaffold). AMPs have their slots in inventory (2 slots for 12 platinum). AMPs have to be gilded to earn Mastery Rank points (Points counted only for Prisms! A type of Prism is counted only once!). If You sold Mote Amp (Your start AMP) before the gilding, then you will have the opportunity to buy its blueprint for 500 in The Quills Syndicate (Earth, Cetus)
P.S. AMPs remove enemies' adaptation abilities (Stalkers, Sentients).
