Ok, so the video starts off in Haley's POV when she was on tour, and gradually she figures out that the tour means nothing without Nathan. The song is Haley's POV the first verse and first chorus.
Then...The second chorus switches to Nathan's POV five years later when he is in a wheelchair, ending his chances of the NBA. Gradually Nathan also figures out that the only thing that matters is his love for his son and wife. First he tries with Jamie and then he tries with Haley.
Note: The clips that are 75% black and white are flashbacks. The go really fast to the beats of the music and are just what's going on in their heads, remembering better times in the past. :D
