First Zucchini Harvest and Pruning Squash Plants

Hi friends! I finally was able to harvest my very first zucchini! Hopefully there will be quite a bit more in the coming weeks. I did get a late start and used grow bags - so it will be interesting to see what the yield will be for the rest of the season. Another thing I've learned is that pruning squash plants is very important as the health of the leaves can change pretty quickly. Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables because of its versatility in recipes!
