Описание: FURTHERANCE OF COOPERATIVE MOVEMENT 🤝⏫ | Today, February 9, 2023, the City Government of Naga, under the leadership of Mayor Nelson Legacion, has formalized the donation of a parcel of land to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for the establishment of its regional extension office. The site, situated along Almeda Highway in the Barangay Concepcion Grande, will serve as the location for the CDA's regional operations.

The signing of the deed of donation, which was held at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall today, was attended by Usec. Joseph Encabo, the Chairman of the CDA Board, along with other key personnel from the CDA Regional Office V, including Regional Director Salvador V. Valeroso and Atty. Emilio D. Escueta III, the Acting Supervising Cooperative Development Specialist. Both parties view this deed of donation as sustained support in furtherance of the cooperative movement in the City of Naga and the entire Bicol Region as well as bolstering CDA’s functions, goals, and objectives in promoting the viability and growth of cooperatives being instrumental in upholding equity, social justice, and economic development.
