Okay, so calling this a climb is a bit of a stretch. But it's the highest peak in northern Europe, and it has a glacier, so, I did a video for it.
We took the standard route with the guides, so it was short, straightforward, and had some very gentle, enjoyable glacier travel.
You start at the hotel/ lodge, gear up with the guides (we brought our own crampons, harnesses, rope, and ice axes, but the guides provided microspikes and harnesses for everyone), and head out.
Compared to nearly any North Cascades peak (besides Table Mtn), it was a breeze. Just pay the $40 for the guide, and you can shlep up this fun little morning and afternoon outing in the high mtns in Norway, with no real gear requirements, or even serious mountaineering experience.
