He's considered one of the big three when it comes to famous ragtime composers. Scott Joplin and James Scott are the other two. These pieces are performed by Virginia Eskin. A brilliant pianist in her own right. She does a brilliant job interpreting his music here. As a pianist myself I can't help but admire her unbelievably dynamic playing.
