SAPIN SAPIN ROLL... Compared to the traditional sapin-sapin sold in the street, what's unique this sapin-sapin is that it is being served as a roll instead of a cake slice, and usually it has only two flavors in it, purple outer layer has a taste of ube, and the yellow layer with a langka or jackfruit flavor. This recipe is so quick and easy.
Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp fine salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup condensed milk
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ube flavoring
1/2 tsp langka flavoring
dessicated coconut
1 tsp sugar
