IMPORTANT EDIT: This is version 1.0. Version 1.2 is out, with a massively tougher Red fight and tons of nice changes. Go play that version, it's very good.

Overall, this hack is ok. It could use an update to fix flaws/oversights in enemy teams and general pokemon movesets, but does a good job in what it sets out to do. I like that you can experience something similar to vanilla Crystal while also being able to assemble whatever team you want before the Elite Four. Some of the dialogue changes are really strange, and the lack of enemy stat experience destroys any challenge the boss Trainers have if you're not Hardcore Nuzlocking or something similar. Still, I'd recommend this as an experimental "balance patch" for Pokemon Crystal to anyone interested.
