NAME COMMAND: /give @p diamond{display:{Name:'{"text":"INSERT NAME HERE","italic":false,"color":"blue"}'}}
LORE COMMAND: /give @p diamond{display:{Lore:['[{"text":"INSERT LORE HERE","italic":false,"color":"green"}]']}}
IMPORTANT: If the commands don't work when you copy and paste them, try retyping all of the quotation marks and apostrophes.
