"Inner struggles, weaknesses, and spiritual battles a Christian minister may face"

there are four struggles I face in ministry:

The devil brings me down with shame and discouragement,
especially when my prayers feel cold and distant.

I grow careless and dull,
thinking my past success means failure doesn’t matter now.

I feel weak because I lack spiritual strength and light.
I haven’t helped others like I should.
I don’t always feel You near.

Even when I give my best effort,
I don’t always see results.

But You’ve taught me something important:
What matters isn’t the work itself—
It’s You who makes it holy.

So my goal is simple:
To know Christ, and to share His truth.
Christ is my message.
I trust Him completely.
He gives me strength through His Spirit.
And my joy is to serve Him.

Help me stay humble in all I do.
Help me learn from every situation,
and let it lead me closer to You.

Teach me to rejoice in You,
to fight my pride,
and to give my whole self,heart, soul, and body completely to You.

Let me love You deeply.
Let me see that all my gifts come from You.
Help me walk closely with You in love.

Then, whether I succeed or not,
what truly matters is You alone.
