Описание: The statistics are clear: 80% of people with disabilities live in the Global South, yet they are frequently excluded from designing the solutions intended to support their communities. This represents a fundamental gap in how disability innovation is approached globally.

At #GDIHub, we operate on a different principle. Rather than developing solutions in isolation, we partner with over 70 locally-led organisations across more than 60 countries in the Global South who possess deep community knowledge and established relationships.

Our approach centres on active listening, continuous learning, and providing resources when our partners identify specific needs. The innovation, leadership, and subject matter expertise originate from the individuals and communities who navigate these challenges daily.

This model transcends traditional aid structures. We recognise our partners as innovators, thought leaders, and agents of change who possess unparalleled insight into their communities' needs and potential solutions.

Since our launch in 2016, this collaborative methodology has reached 64 million people. This impact reflects not our predetermined solutions, but our commitment to supporting community-driven innovation.

Co-creation represents more than methodology for us; it's the foundation of sustainable, meaningful change.
