One key aspect of any small race track is its connection to the local community. This includes drivers, sponsors, and Trophy Girls!
Saugus Speedway ran an ad for trophy girls in their program wherein girls aged 18 and over could apply. The game was kept very modest and anyone was eligible.
This short video brings some of them out for a tip of the hat. Keep in mind these women were in their early 20s at the time and many would thus be of grandmother status today.
