So, what happens when the students of International School of Hospitality Management (ISHM) face the Food Ka Test and put their entrepreneurial skills to the ultimate challenge?

Get ready for the ultimate culinary showdown! In this thrilling episode of Foodka Series, I was honored to be a judge for an intense cooking competition named "Food Ka Test" at the prestigious ISHM Salt Lake. Young, talented student chefs put their skills to the ultimate challenge, armed with only 700 rupees and 4 hours to impress.

I wasn't the only judge on hand! Imagine everyone's shock when I revealed the amazing, international award-winning actress Alexandra Taylor would be joining me to taste the final dishes. We all marveled at the innovative cuisines and budget-stretching techniques these passionate young chefs employed.

And it gets better! Not only did these students deliver unique dishes, but they managed to stretch their limited funds – proving that delicious food doesn't require breaking the bank. After much deliberation, we narrowed down five incredible teams to the two deserving winners. These champions then treated the ISHM Management and us judges to a fantastic lunch using their victorious creations.

What a fantastic day! It was an absolute privilege to witness the start of what are sure to be incredible culinary careers and to introduce "Food Ka Test" to the world.
