At this time of year you can scan the shelves at local big box stores and you will eventually run across something amazon has gone out of stock on. When this happens, prices will temporarily surge. Before prices get a chance to equalize, you can Merchant Fulfill these toys or other items in order to get in and get out as fast as possible. This would not be possible with FBA where lag times can be over a week to get items checked in.
