Описание: Here's a traditional Finnish tune called Yxi Kaunis Papillinen Polska (One Beautiful Clerical Polska). The wooden flute I play here is made by Barna Gabos and is tuned in F. The wood he uses on these Irish style flutes is dogwood, more often associated with Eastern European wind instruments such as kaval. This tune, however, is not Irish music but Finnish. It's Samuel Rinta-Nikkola´s (1763-1818) book of polskas collected from the Southern Ostrobothnia region of Finland.
