1/20/2026- Today was a recovery (easy) workout day — focusing on low-impact, joint-friendly movements and steady walking.
I kept things simple and intentional:
• Bird Dogs
• Dead Bugs
• Oblique Planks
• Jump Rope
• Commando Burpees
• Skipping in Place
• 35-minute walk at 7 km/h
This wasn’t about intensity or pushing limits. It was about showing up, moving well, and staying consistent — even on easier days.
Recovery days matter just as much as hard days. They help you stay injury-free, build long-term momentum, and keep your fitness sustainable.
